Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please mention the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.

What returns are not possible?

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

• Products that have been used

• Return request is made outside the specified time frame

• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels

Would you refund for postage expense of returning the goods?

No. We do not refund for postage expense of returning the goods.

What if the post is delayed and it returns to me after 30 days?

We provide a hassle free refund / replacement for products that are received back in our warehouse within 30 days. In case of shipments reaching us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we action it on a case-to-case basis to address the problem.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case replacement is not available, we refund the amount for the product purchased from us.

Can I return only a part of my order?

Yes, only if you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a partial quantity. But shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When is refund provided?

Refund is provided only in cases of damage of the product in transit or in case of non availability of stock. In case of returns, a refund is issued only once the product is received at our warehouse.

I have requested for replacement of a product. When can I expect it?

Replacement would be dispatched to you when the product that needs to be replaced is dispatched from your end and the details of the courier are shared with us. The replacement of your product would generally reach you within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

Exchange

In case of exchange of unused products, the product has to reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Customers need to share the details of the courier of the product that they intend to exchange with us. The replacement product would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
